Described below are useful features offered by ILLiad. The buttons pictured are examples. The actual (working) buttons can be found on the ILLiad Main Menu once you login to the ILLiad System.
Request Renewals Online:
Easy and convenient. Request your renewals online. When we receive your renewal request, we will contact the lending library for a renewal, and email you with the new due date (as soon as it is assigned).
Corrections to requests just submitted:
If you’ve just sent us a request and need to modify or correct the request, you can make changes and re-submit. If we’ve already processed the request, corrections may not be allowed. In that case, please give us a call or email us (760-542-0642, M-F, 8-5; borrow@uga.edu).
Check due dates:
View interlibrary loan items checked out to you; confirm due dates.
View completed requests (cancelled requests not included):
View completed requests to see all of the materials you’ve received on Interlibrary Loan; does not include cancelled requests.
Resubmitting Cancelled Requests:
If you’ve received an email cancelling a request and asking for more information, go to the cancelled requests option, select the transaction, make changes, and resubmit. In most cases, re-keying a whole new request is not necessary.
Update your contact information:
Has your address changed? Phone? Email? You can update your personal information in ILLiad from here.
